We are excited to be teaching our first ever intermediate cycles from October till December 2020. The AcroYoga for intermediates course consists of 3 cycles full of fresh content and funky flows. Interesting washing machines, asymmetrical positions, pops, blindfolded AcroYoga and tipps and tricks in order to create your own flows are waiting for you!
Stay tuned and keep those Monday evenings free.
See you 20:00- 21:30 at Más Energy Center directly at Bahnhof Oerlikon.
Find our Facebook events here, here and here.
Disclaimer: As excited as all of that sounds, we only got 1 month of teaching due to Covid-19

Join us for an AcroYoga Women or “Change your usual AcroYoga role” Jam at Yoga am Fluss on this women’s day weekend. Cake, laughter, silly flows and lots of fun guaranteed. As usual, our AcroYogaEssentials Community Class will be on donation and we decided to donate 1/3 of the revenue to FIZ.
In line with our theme, we will reflect on moments in which we have underestimated someone or have gotten underestimated by someone because of our physical appearance or our gender. Together we aim to expand our comfort zones, realize that we can do so much more than we think and that our gender doesn’t have anything to do with what we are capable of.
Men are invited too but, better be ready to give up their usual roles and fly. Come by and fly ;-)

AcroYoga Teacher Training
The AcroYoga Teacher Training led us all straight into a unique cosmos full of interesting characters. Most of them dreaming of a life in some ways similar to the one we are dreaming of, talented in the same things and like-minded in so many ways.
AcroYoga International Teacher Training Annecy 2019
The AcroYoga Teacher Training led us all straight into a unique cosmos full of interesting characters. Most of them dreaming of a life in some ways similar to the one we are dreaming of, talented in the same things and like-minded in so many ways. A challenging experience, emotional at times, light, fun and laughter at others. Twenty days of full presence and focus in body and mind. Days and nights of exchanging stories, thoughts, ideas and emotions. Paths crossing, connections establishing while we engage in endless learning and discovering of foreign paths and decisions taken by other people. Memories and moments connecting us forever on some deep and unconscious level. An intense experience full of reflection about where we are now, where we want to go. Giving and receiving, a constant exchange of energy in which colorful individuals slowly become one. Enjoying an environment in which we are allowed to be someone else -someone a bit braver, someone with a bit more compassion, someone who trusts a bit more in his/her abilities, someone who laughs louder, lives more free and gets to play barefoot in colorful leggings all day building shapes and connections. The TT feels like a mandala finished and colorful at which I am still marveling without being able to remember all the sparkling little moments which put together build the wholeness of this memories. Thanks to all of you for inspiration, connection, laughter and wisdom. I will always remember this beautiful Acro cosmos we created together.

Kick off
Couldnt be more happy to announce a dream come true: Lisa and me are teaching our very first AcroYoga beginners workshop followed by regular acro classes in the future.
Kick off - AcroYoga regular classes for beginners
When Lisa and I talked about teaching AcroYoga for beginners together for the first time we had a conversation about AcroYoga and what it is all about for us: Trying things you never thought possible before, discovering potential you never knew you had in you and eventually realizing that with practice and dedication you can reach nearly anything you want in acro and maybe with the same mind set also in your personal life. Understanding that by lifting people up and supporting them you can be a part of their journey and growth and just like that become part of a growing network of people encouraging each other and thriving on good vibes.
I couldn‘t be more happy to announce a dream come true: our very first AcroYoga Workshop on 23. of March followed by regular classes. Monkeys be ready to base, fly and spot - all of you. If you live in Zürich and feel like checking out this beautiful practice, book your spot on palmasole.ch
