Teaching at Urban Acro

Listen Up, we are honoured to be part of Urban Acro Festival Zürich 2019.!

We will be teaching:

- an all level workshop on “AcroYoga Basics”, refining your Basics with some fun flows.
- an all level workshop on “Lady Basing”, encouraging Flyers to explore Basing with some creative flows.
